Luke Humble has been deeply immersed in the digital world since 1999, when at just 15 years old, he built his first website. Over the past 25 years, he has worked with businesses globally, spanning industries from technology and finance to healthcare and retail. His expertise in web development, digital strategy, and security has helped countless companies optimize their online presence and internal operations.

Beyond running businesses, Luke has shared his knowledge as a university lecturer and business mentor, guiding the next generation of digital professionals. His contributions to helping businesses embrace technology earned him recognition by the Queensland Government as a Digital Champion, an honour awarded for his leadership in supporting businesses with digital adoption.

Over the years, Luke has worked with thousands of businesses, helping them improve their websites, digital systems, and security. But one of the biggest pain points was always the same—getting sensitive information from clients safely.

Many businesses would send login details, passwords, and personal data over email, instant messaging, or even on spreadsheets—completely unsecured. The worst case Luke ever encountered? A business owner sent an email with an attached spreadsheet containing every single login credential for their entire organization.

Realizing the extreme security risk, Luke immediately deleted the email and advised the client to reset every single password. But the incident sparked something bigger—there had to be a better way.

After years of frustration and seeing businesses put themselves at unnecessary risk, Luke set out on a mission to build a solution that ensures this never happens again. That solution is Pass On—a platform that removes the risks of unsecured data sharing while making the process faster and more professional.
